About Us 

Our founder and CEO, Yingcui Cai, has had 18+ years of professional experience in investment banking and sustainable investment in both the private and public sectors. She has worked for Morgan Stanley, GE Capital, World Wide Fund For Nature, and most recently Syntao Green Finance. She received a MPA from Harvard University and a MFin at Peking University.

During the years working with multi-national conglomerate, Ms. Cai personally invested in startups and small & medium-sized companies. A few of them later became unicorns and grew much bigger and profitable and became sought-after places to work for job seekers.

Ms. Cai noticed that these small companies, although full of good ideas, great potential and could be positioned in the right time and right industry, riding the right trend, most of them are having difficulties attracting the best talents most suitable for them, those who are more long time-oriented, ambitious, multi-tasking and with a can-do attitude.

That's why Ms. Cai founded LTC INTELLIGENCE GROUP as an innovative staffing, sourcing, and training consultancy provider specializing in IT, construction, and engineering targeting startups, SMEs and international companies expanding into the UK first time.

Under Ms Cai's leadership, LTC INTELLIGENCE GROUP, a startup created in London just a few years ago, has been growing with our clients. We are looking forward to seeing more of our clients become the hottest unicorns in their fields....
